Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand the processing time and delivery arrangements for your order.
1. Shipping Cost
Free Shipping (Applicable to Hong Kong only): Orders with a total value of HKD 600 or more will qualify for free shipping via SF Express.
Standard Shipping Cost: For orders under HKD 600, the shipping cost will be calculated based on SF Express's standard rates. The specific shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process.
2. Delivery Timeframe (Calculated from payment confirmation)
Hong Kong Region
Customized Products: Require 14 to 21 business days for production before shipping can be arranged.
Non-customized, Ready-made Products: Generally processed and delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
Macau Region
The delivery timeframe will be based on the estimated times for Hong Kong listed above, with an additional 2 to 3 working days required.
Please Note:
"Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days when a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted.
